3. Manifold Graduate Fellow

- Design and lead workshops on using Manifold
- Work one-on-one with CUNY Manifold users to support their projects
- Foster the creation of Open Educational Resources (OER) at CUNY
- Collaborate with the larger Manifold Team to help shape the future of digital publishing
Some of the exciting projects you may work on include the CUNY Student Editions, Black Diasporic Visions, and the Journal of Interactive Technology and Pedagogy (JITP).
Eligibility and Benefits
These fellowships are open to CUNY doctoral students who are passionate about digital scholarship and eager to contribute to the university’s growing digital initiatives. While the specific eligibility criteria vary, here are some key details:
- Manifold Graduate Fellowship: Eligible CUNY doctoral students must have received fewer than 7 years of prior institutional fellowship funding from the Graduate Center.
- Compensation: All fellowships offer competitive compensation, including a graduate assistant B appointment and a financial aid fellowship award. The total compensation for the Manifold Graduate Fellowship, for example, is a minimum of $29,374.
- Benefits: In addition to the financial support, fellows will gain valuable hands-on experience, the opportunity to develop new skills, and the chance to collaborate with a diverse team of digital scholars and technologists.
